Enabling fans to order and collect F&B and merchandise much faster. 

Peak queue times for app orders has been reduced to just 90 seconds, compared to 5 minutes for cash and card payments.

Ticketing

Mobile Ticketing & Ticket Sharing

Mobile exclusive ticketing made compulsory for the Telenor Arena to create convenient and fast transactions and arena entry.

Ticket sharing has been introduced where fans are encouraged to send tickets to friends through the app for quick and easier access.

Competitions & Quiz Features

Fans who download and use the app are able to access exclusive content including competitions, quizzes and limited merchandise offers. These interactive features improve fan engagement and overall experience.

Offers & Discounts

The Telenor Arena’s T-App offers discount on a users first F&B order, this resulted in an increase in uptake and higher spends for the duration of their visit.

Rewards are also offered to customers who spend big. For example 10 Euros of app credit rewarded after every 40 Euros spent. During one event, customers went on to make 6 orders compared to an average of 2.4 from those who did not receive the offer.
